Smart Attendance Package
A complete, done-for-you attendance system — fingerprint or facial recognition terminals, installed and configured to fit your school's size, layout and daily routine.
Fingerprint and/or Facial Recognition Terminal(s)
Choose fingerprint scanning, facial recognition, or a mix of both, placed at the entry points that suit your compound. Each terminal logs a student or staff member in seconds with no queues or paperwork.
Instant SMS Integration
The moment a student taps in or out, an automatic SMS goes straight to their parent or guardian — giving families real-time peace of mind and holding everyone accountable.
Automated System Backup
Attendance records are backed up automatically on an ongoing basis, so a power cut, device fault, or accidental deletion never means lost data.
Full Data Entry & Staff Training
Our team handles the heavy lifting of enrolling every student and staff member into the system, then trains your administrators to run it confidently on their own.
Premium Technical Support
Ongoing, responsive support for the life of your system — whether it's a terminal that needs adjusting, a question about a report, or a new staff member to onboard.
Detailed Tracking of Devices Taken
A clear, documented record of every terminal and piece of hardware issued to your school, making maintenance, audits, and accountability simple.
SMS Notification Fee
Covers every instant SMS sent to parents and guardians whenever their child scans in or out, for the entire term.
